Hi, I’m Sarah McLachlan, The Perimenopause Naturopath.

I’m not your average naturopath: I drink coffee, hate calorie counting, and I know first-hand what it’s like to struggle through perimenopause.

In my 40s, I gained 20 kilos in a year, developed allergies, and battled exhaustion, flushes, sweats, and anxiety. When my doctor had no answers, I used my knowledge of hormones, metabolism, and nutrition to take back control of my health, lose the weight and clear my symptoms.
